Raisin Debtor Part I

Blogs are stupid. This is not to say that blog writers are stupid, or blog readers are stupid, or that the contents of blogs are stupid. They all run the gamut end to end. But like a bacterium in a petri dish, language that is useless, pointless, valueless, insipid, vapid, vacuous, and too often inane grows within the blog medium more freely than literate prose, thoughtful introspection, or revelatory expression. It becomes too easy. With no dress code for your thoughts, they can gush with mushy muck or grind with gritty grunge, blackboard-nail style. Personal ownership pride trumps communicative value.
